Quick Fact: Limbaugh falsely claims undocumented immigrants "are covered" under House health care bill
On his November 19 radio show, Rush Limbaugh falsely claimed that undocumented immigrants "are covered" under the recently passed House health care bill. In fact, the Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962) stipulates that those "not lawfully present" may not receive subsidies to purchase insurance.

From the November 19 broadcast of Premiere Radio Networks' The Rush Limbaugh Show:
LIMBAUGH: Now, folks, here's a key number for you -- let's use Reid's number: 848 billion. It says that that will insure 31 million people who are uninsured. But now, remember, the number used to be 47. Who are they? Well, that's the illegal immigrants, who are covered on the House side.
Fact: Those "not lawfully present" may not receive subsidies to purchase insurance

SEC. 347. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.

There is nothing to prevent "Illegally Invading Parasites" from riding the Affordable Health Care for America Act gravy train!
"America's Truth Detector" does it again!
Mega, mega dittos!
Undocumented immigrants are violating a law. We don't call rapists "illegal sexually active people" - we describe what their criminal offense is.
The people who don't have legal documents to allow them to be in the USA legally aren't illegal immigrants, they're undocumented immigrants. The people who don't have the permission of another person to have consensual sex aren't illegally sexually active, they are rapists.
The battle concerning the democrat's plan for universal healthcare for "American citizens" has produced a firestorm of debate.
If the democrat plan passes...there is absolutely no way they could ever pass amnesty for "illegal aliens" which would add another 18 million to the insurance rolls.
Why would undocumented citizens want to use the US Health Care system and risk the chance of being deported when as a citizen of Mexico their health care is provided by the their government already?
