NEWT GINGRICH: If they don't win, the odds are very high that they're all going to be indicted. 

SEAN HANNITY (HOST): Then I guess there's a lot at stake here. So, what you think, or what you're saying, or what you believe is, James Comey made a decision that it was too controversial to apply the laws of this country to a presidential candidate, and basically laid out, without recommending a criminal indictment, laid out the case for indictment, even though he denies that, and that he's putting it in the hands of the American people, assuming that they'll actually understand the nuances and the details of all of these reports.

GINGRICH: Between his press conference and the following releases, he did the largest data dump I've ever seen of an FBI investigation that did not lead to an indictment. And he basically said to the American people -- and look, they have you helping him, they have Rush Limbaugh helping him, they have Fox News helping him --

HANNITY: With all due respect, this is not my job. 

GINGRICH: Of course it is, you're a major interpreter of the American scene.
