TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): Babies in cages?

GOODSTEIN: That's what infuriated people to surround people in restaurants. Look here's what the Democrats are going to do if you really want to know --

CARLSON: What are you talking about? Babies are being put in cages?

GOODSTEIN: On the Mexican border but again, another discussion.

CARLSON: I missed that part, OK.
