Ugh, first it was the AP, now Gallup. Beltway elites, still mocking Obama's Nobel Peace Prize, are not going to like this trend and, I'm guessing, will continue to do their best to ignore it.
The undeniable storyline though, is that Obama's approval ratings are heading back up.
