BEN SHAPIRO (HOST): The going concern has been that there are too many Black men in prison. That if they go back, they're going to go back to their kids, they're going to got back to their girlfriends or spouses, they're going to form nuclear families, they're going to be part of the rebuilding of the social fabric in these areas. That may be true for some but a lot of these people are going to be recidivists, and then they're going to increase the crime rate in these particular communities.
