Either that, or he just makes stuff up. It's a pick `em, really.
From his appearance last night on Sean Hannity's always comical Great American Panel, Breitbart insisted it's crazy to think there's any racial animosity running through the Obama-hating Tea Party movement. There's no proof it exists, and Dems are making it up. It's an illusion, as Doug Henning used to say.
Keep in mind Breitbart is a congenital liar, and that last summer he attacked Nancy Pelosi for claiming people showed up at Tea Party events with Nazi images and swastika posters. It never happened, Breitbart bellowed. (How'd that one work out for you, Andrew?) That's what he does: He defends the right-wing hate and seals the information bubble so the haters can feel good about their increasingly unhinged Obama attacks.
So to recap, according to Breitbart there's no proof--no evidence--of anything racial going on in the endless, hysterical attacks on Obama.
Except that, of course, there is [emphasis added]:
“Congressman Stupak, you baby-killing mother f***er... I hope you bleed out your a**, got cancer and die, you mother f***er,” one man says in a message to Stupak.
“There are millions of people across the country who wish you ill,” a woman says in a voicemail, “and all of those thoughts that are projected on you will materialize into something that's not very good for you.”
CBS News also obtained copies of faxes sent to Stupak, which include racial epithets used in reference to President Obama and show pictures of nooses with Stupak's name.
UPDATED: Breitbart was also on Fox News last night clinging to the idea that today's anti-government movement is entirely peaceful. Like I said, Breitbart doesn't read too good.
