Last week, Andrew Breitbart defended using Michael Moriarty as a contributor on his websites, despite the actor's belief in Oklahoma City and 9-11 conspiracy theories, because he's an “important” voice who “fled the United States to Canada because of the torment that he experienced trying to express his conservative beliefs.”
In a recently posted column, Moriarty makes clear that his conspiracy theories play a central role in why he's fled the United States. Moriarty wrote on EnterStageRight.com -- which is not produced by Breitbart -- that the “unanswered questions over the Oklahoma City Bombing and Attorney General Janet Reno's early reporting of it persuaded me to seek shelter in Canada. The unanswered questions of 9/11 have kept me here in Canada."
Moriarty's remarks came in response to questions from me about his past statements about 9-11 and Oklahoma City. In 2007, Moriarty said that his theory about 9-11 is that President Bush and the Bin Ladens conspired together before the attacks to get Bush probable cause to invade Iraq. When asked if he had any doubt that Oklahoma City was an “inside job,” Moriarty replied: “None! There were two seismic reports of explosions, there were no federal -- there were no children of federal employees in the building at the time in the daycare center, and the ATF were nowhere to be found.”
Breitbart, who said he's opposed to Moriarty's 9-11 Truth views, said that if Moriarty tries to “take his 9-11 Truther stuff to my site, he'll be laughed off the site on that argument alone. ... I didn't know that when he first started writing, but he does not have a platform to put that on my site.” In his February 11 column, Moriarty wrote: “How successfully George Soros has alienated me from writing for the Breitbart Publications remains to be seen.”
Breitbart has previously shown a willingness to remove a contributor for off-site opinions, as he did with Dr. Kevin Pezzi, but conspiracy theories about 9-11 and Oklahoma City apparently don't rise to that level.
Moriarty also responded to questions about his rhetoric on President Obama and pro-choicers.
When asked whether he believed violence would be permissible to overturn Roe v. Wade, given some of his previous remarks about abortion, Moriarty replied that the question was “blood libel”:
The lives lost are gestating infants, sir. Not deaths by Civil War. How many abortions must we have before we come to our senses and repopulate or before America becomes part of an Islamic Caliphate?
Legalized abortion is ultimately an institutionalized, national suicide.
Read Mark Steyn's America Alone on the population growth rate within nations of long term, legalized abortion.
Islam is out-propagating us exponentially, while, at the same time, its Jihadist policies are bent upon creating a worldwide, insatiable Caliphate, bent upon converting the entire human race to Islam, if not by free will, then by force.
The point is: how many lives by abortion must be lost, under policies which I consider murder, before America is destroyed by its own suicide, or at last realizes how Roe v Wade, if only for its policies of depopulating the Free World, is American suicide? [emphasis in original]
Moriarty previously suggested on Breitbart's BigHollywood website that he would feel “comfort” when Obama is killed. Moriarty wrote: “Barack Obama now plays Robespierre to all of the would-be but very bipartisan Revolutionaries. The only comfort is that Robespierre eventually had to face his own favorite solution: the guillotine.”
When asked for an explanation, Moriarty again replied that the question was “blood libel” because he was supposedly talking “metaphorically”:
Stretching Sarah Palin's use of the word “target” into a literal shooting gallery for weapons and not political opposition is becoming a predictable tactic for the likes of Media Matters.
Metaphorically, Obama's Presidential policies will lead to his own political death in the same way Robespierre's use of the guillotine led him to the end of his actual life.
President Obama's vow to “fundamentally transform the United States of America” actually includes his own sly inferences and his Obama Nation's blood libel to claim that it is the conservative opposition that is inciting violence and not the aggressively Progressive pro-abortionists.
In light of the Progressively homicidal nightmare of at least 50 million abortions in the 38 years of Roe v Wade, not to mention the likes of Kermit Gosnell? Which political movement, pro-choice or pro-life, has proven to be the most violent?
As we can both see, such charges as yours and the blood libel hurled at Sarah Palin and myself are what George Soros, Media Matters and the Progressive agent provocateurs are aiming for: divisiveness!
Split the country apart!!
Drive it into Civil War by demonizing the political opposition with blood libel!
Drive all traditional Americans up a wall and have them, as Glenn Beck says, shooting blood out of their eyes.
It took only three hours for Janet Reno to convince me that the most powerful law enforcement officer in the world, the American Attorney General, was an agent provocateur intent upon expanding the power of Federal Law Enforcement; she was determined to not only enforce laws already written but to enter the houses of Congress and have her own personal laws about television legislated!
Moriarty concluded by accusing Soros “and his minions” of “hating America”:
Following this fruitless effort to chastise a lawless Attorney General, I left America for Canada and have only looked back in anguish at what has happened to the United States during the two succeeding Presidencies of George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama.
Now watching the likes of Media Matters intentionally widening the breach between the opposing forces of a democracy, this divisive strategy corroborates George Soros's admitted joy and satisfaction over being able to:
- Break the banks of England and Mayalasia
- Reinstate - with the invaluable help of his friend Vladimir Putin - a neo-Soviet Socialism in Russia.
- Tear American Capitalism apart with his own hand-picked President Obama to help him do it
- “Destabilizing the State” appears to be part of the Sorosian genetic code.
- Finally, creating arms of the Sorosian Propaganda machines, such as Media Matters, to insistently and unrelentingly create divisiveness in the countries of his choice and to destabilize such nations into a revolutionary state.
Soros' most recent achievement? Egypt.
How successfully George Soros has alienated me from writing for the Breitbart Publications remains to be seen.
One thing is for sure, George Soros does not like to be forgotten. I haven't really written about him for months. He and his minions, aside from hating America, obviously hate being ignored ... by anyone.
