According to Politico's Ben Smith, Fox News contributor Sarah Palin and conservative activist Andrew Breitbart will both attend a RNC rally with chairman Michael Steele in California today.

Smith writes:

Conservative activist Andew Breitbart will appear with Sarah Palin and Michael Steele at the RNC rally and fundraiser in Orange County this afternoon, a GOP source tells me.

Breitbart has become something of a star on the tea party right, but his role in the Sherrod controversy earlier this year was enough for Steele to back out of a planned RNC fundraiser with him in LA.

Fox's Palin is apparently appearing with Breitbart despite his history of lies and smears.
