BEN SHAPIRO (CO-HOST): There's a big problem for Trump. I mean, there are many problems for Trump in this race. This is why, you know, all the conventional wisdom which is that Trump ends up with the nomination, I'm very doubtful that is the case for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons is I don't think the lines of attack that he's using on DeSantis work at all because the base actually likes DeSantis.

SHAPIRO: The biggest flaw of Trump is that in 2015, 2016 his case was I'm here taking a bullet for you. And since 2020, the case has been I need you to take a bullet for me.

CANDACE OWENS (CO-HOST): I will be honest, I am not team DeSantis. I just -- there's just something about him I don't trust. Call it instinct but I have good instincts. So, I'm going to go -- there's just something about him I don't trust. I love him as the Governor of Florida. I'd like to keep him as the Governor of Florida. I don't trust him on the international stage. And not because I think he's DeSanctimonious or anything like that. And I don't like the way Trump is acting. So it kind of makes me feel very homeless in this new Republican Party. I would prefer a Ted Cruz.
