JAKE TAPPER (HOST): But I have to say, Donald Trump Jr., right now, is scheduled to headline a meet and greet alongside Candace Owens on Friday --

JONAH GOLDBERG (GUEST): Jewish Insider just reported that they pulled her.

...

TAPPER: That’s great that they pulled this anti-Semite from this event with Donald Trump Jr. – why did they even schedule it to begin with? Is there not an actual, sincere commitment to combat antisemitism?

GOLDBERG: The very online right has huge influence in the GOP and in MAGA-world these days. And that means there are a lot of gargoyles, bigots, weirdos, freaks, and grifters, who sort of get through the blood-brain barrier.

Candace Owens is one of the leading ones. Charlie Kirk has got an antisemitism problem. A lot of these people who are big influencers, Tucker Carlson plays footsie with a lot of these people, and it is a problem because there's not discipline from the Trump campaign and from the GOP because they just simply assume that if you praise Donald Trump and if you're all in for MAGA then you should be part of the big tent.
