ANDREW KLAVAN (HOST): So Obama-Biden judges are now waging war against the Trump agenda in a very dishonest way and in a almost ridiculous way. It's kind of sad. Their have been various judgments that some have been appealed and overturned. Some will be appealed and overturned. They've said he can't fire employees in the executive branch, which is hilarious. The executive can't fire employees in his own branch. DOGE can't look at Social Security fraud, even though thousands of other government employees are looking at it. They're saying he can't stop, you know, money from being funneled to NGOs that are essentially Marxist-leftist NGOs. Your tax dollars are going to these things. They tried to stop them from deporting — they've stopped them from deporting, that Palestinian stooge, Mahmoud Khalil, from getting men out of women's prisons. They've stopped them from banning the sexual butchery of children in with that stupid name gender-affirming care, which is just a Josef Mengele — the evil Nazi doctor, Mengele — it sounds like him. It sounds like his phrase, and it is an actual Nazi atrocity. For all that Trump is a Nazi, Trump is Hitler, that's a Nazi atrocity. It's butchering, castrating children, and cutting the breasts of little girls off because you have some stupid theory that is completely unrealistic.

I love the one where Trump can't ban transgenders from the military. This is from — this is a particularly stupid one. It's from an idiot judge named Ana Reyes, who was appointed by Biden, stumped for Biden, has donated nearly $40,000 dollars to Democratic causes, including ActBlue. And she says, you know, why can transgender people — people who think there's something they're not, so they're, you know, that's a mental illness — why can't they serve in the military? She says the court's opinion is long, but its premise is simple. In the self-evident truth that all people are created equal, all means all, nothing more, and certainly nothing less. But that's obvious nonsense. The army is not, you know, a right. You don't have a right to serve in the army. It's like the New York Yankees. You have to get in there. And, you know, she says these people, you know, fought for the very freedoms that you're denying them. And I thought, you know, that's absurd. It's like if a child was in the army, and we said, hey. No children in the army. And they said, we — that child, you know, fought for the very freedom. No. This is the the army is a specific thing meant to kill our enemies, fight and kill our enemies. And the people who can't do it, say, if they're crippled in or in some way, or think that they're a sex that they're not, they shouldn't be allowed to serve.
