DAN BONGINO (Host): Okay, I’ve got a couple more for ya. One person again who deserves some special accolades from the legal side. We’ve got a doctor, we’ve got a Vice President, we’ve got a President, we’ve got a member of Congress. Shame on us if we don’t enter the legal profession and start to pull people out of the DOJ.
Folks, if deranged Jack Smith — Jack Smith, of course, the special tyrant investigating Donald Trump for a fake crime he made up for a fake insurrection. If Jack Smith does not drop another L, which he did — remember, this guy has lost before the Supreme Court more than most qualified lawyers will ever see the Supreme Court in their lifetime. If Jack Smith doesn’t do what he did prosecuting Trump, I’m not sure again that we win in the exact same dynamic we won in. Here’s an MSNBC segment quickly, where we note that Jack Smith was not given a pardon. So just, kind of, parlay back to the beginning of the show, I have no problem with Donald Trump investigating Jack Smith either. And you shouldn’t either. Jack Smith doesn’t have a pardon.
