NEIL CAVUTO: [W]e got Charlie Gasparino and the Washington Free Beacon's Liz Harrington here on Donald Trump and that rather unusual situation of scoring second in some polls. Now keep in mind, that's a trend of late, though not an overwhelming trend. Since he first started the race close to four months ago, he's been winning every single poll. But for the third time [in] almost as many days, he trails right now both nationally in one poll and in Iowa in two others. Charlie Gasparino, now he might have to start spending some of that money.
CHARLIE GASPARINO: I've been saying this for a while. It just struck me as very odd that Donald's biggest expenditure was the plane and some hats and shirts. I mean, you would think that a guy that was really taking this seriously would have, you know, boots on the ground in places like Iowa and all the rest of the places where you have an organization, where organization matters. And I've been saying this for a long time, you really can't take his candidacy seriously until he spends. Now, he might come back and say, listen, I open my mouth, you guys cover me, and I've done stories on this on FoxBusiness.com. Other campaigns have computed this sort of impact, the money impact of that. And it's tens of millions of dollars. That may be true, but that only gets you so far. You really do have to spend, if you talk to people that know this stuff, on the ground, boots on the ground. Organization, he's done none of that, and it's starting to hurt.

GASPARINO: [F]or the guy, as good of a candidate as he is, and we know he's good because we have watched him, he should have put this away -- he should be maybe further ahead if he had just spent money. I question why he hasn't done that. Is he really, really serious about this? Because if you are, you spend some bucks and you start pulling ahead big time.
