AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): Now, Zephyr Teachout, she is a Democrat, she is running for attorney general of New York and she, like a lot of Democrats now, pushing for the abolishment of ICE. But she's actually taking it a step further, says she promises, if she's elected, to prosecute ICE.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): She is a law lecturer at Fordham University's law school. I would be curious what she feels is -- she would prosecute ICE over what criminal acts exactly? To my understanding, they're just following the law. If you don't like the law, change the law. And that, once again, is where Congress comes in. They've got to do something.
BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): “Born out of xenophobia.” Yeah, it's called stopping the next 13, 18, 19 hijackers from taking down more planes.
EAHRARDT: Right.
KILMEADE: And they did an incredible job on terrorism. They're doing an incredible job getting illegal criminals out of here. It's a tough job, like law enforcement. Do you love when law enforcement cracks down on somebody you know? No. But they were breaking the law to begin with.
EAHRARDT: Created after 9/11, because of 9/11.
