SHIMKUS: He's a smart and capable man. And what he seemed to think is that, he's never met Jeffrey Goldberg, he doesn't have his phone number, so could somebody have put Jeffrey Goldberg's phone number under somebody else's name in his phone? That wouldn't be his fault, he would be the victim there.
