From the October 8 edition of Fox News Radio's Kilmeade & Friends:
WALLACE: I have to say I've thought it myself. You don't know how you'd react in that situation. I think that's one thing you can fairly say. You know, it's easy to say sitting in a studio with you, “here's what I'd do.” You don't know if a guy's got a gun pointed and he's all armed up and he's get all the body armor and all of that stuff. But having said that, who of us hasn't thought what would I do in that situation? And one of the things I've thought is, you know, if enough people rush him, yeah, maybe you don't make it. But do you want to sit there and just be a victim and get on the floor? In any case, I don't think in any way shape or form -- if you know Ben Carson, the last thing he was doing was in any way denigrating the victims in any way, sullying their memories, trying to hurt the families. He's the most compassionate man I know.
