From the May 8 edition of Fox Business' Intelligence Report with Trish Regan:
TRISH REGAN (HOST): Here with reaction to this news, we have Taube Professor of International Relations and Politics at Carnegie Mellon University, and a foreign policy analyst for us at Fox Business, Kiron Skinner.
...
REGAN: Are you surprised at all? Did you figure this one was coming? And what does it mean now?
KIRON SKINNER: It has been coming, Trish, for a long time. And thank you for the opportunity to talk with you about this historic moment and share with your audience. As we listened, I just kind of thought back to President Ronald Reagan. You know, I have written books on Reagan's writings, and this was Reaganesque in the sense that it showed extraordinary leadership and global responsibility, in saying that the United States joined with its allies and its friends in a counterproliferation agreement that was deeply flawed, based on false premises, false information, and that the United States would lead the way in the world and try to get a better deal. First, by protecting its interests through withdrawing. But also getting ready for a broader look at the Iranian problem, which he outlined in great detail in those brief remarks.
