From the December 2 edition of Fox Business' Countdown to the Closing Bell With Liz Claman:

LIZ CLAMAN (HOST): You were making the point earlier, as you see that massive police presence, everybody from CHPs -- California Highway Patrol -- to the S.W.A.T. teams from surrounding municipalities -- the proverbial boots on the ground. If ever it was shown to be needed and perhaps, then, you know, linking that somehow to what's happening in Syria.

FMR SEN. BOB KERREY: Well, you can see it. I do not think it's an inappropriate comparison. Let's say there's three, let's say there's five. What's the ratio of people going after those five? It's in the hundreds, right? So we're talking about putting a relatively small force in place in Ramadi, in Raqqa, in Mosul. And I think it's unrealistic to presume they're going to be able to -- if defeating ISIS is the objective, I just think it's unreasonable that force is going to get the job done.
