SANDRA SMITH (CO-HOST): Fox News has confirmed that the president has accepted Nikki Haley's resignation at the U.N. ambassador. We're told now via our own reporters that Nikki Haley is currently at the White House as we await the president. He's expected to speak from the Oval Office minutes from now. 10:30 is the expected time. Sarah Sanders, the press secretary, has just issued a tweet saying President Trump and Ambassador Nikki Haley will meet in the Oval Office at 10:30 am Eastern Time this morning. This event will be open to the pool. As John Roberts called it, this is a surprise. 

JON SCOTT (CO-HOST): She helped oversee the withdrawal of the U.S. from the U.N. Human Rights Council, which a lot of people thought was, mmm, well -- interesting, but maybe overdue.

MATTHEW CONTINETTI (WASHINGTON FREE BEACON): Absolutely. I mean, so often the U.N. has kind of been just the institution for dictators and thugs and human rights abusers, and it requires in that ambassadorial role someone who's willing to stand up to these autocrats. And I think Nikki Haley did that during her tenure.
