Fox Nation advances false suggestion that Stupak said BP escrow account “could fund” health care reform

Fox Nation falsely suggested that Rep. Bart Stupak said that the “BP escrow account cound fund” health care reform. In fact, Stupak was specifically referring to using the escrow account to pay for the health care of Gulf residents affected by the oil spill. From the Fox Nation:
