BRET BAIER (HOST): The Biden administration is denying that a grant program to help prevent additional harm to people who use illicit drugs will pay for safer pipes to smoke crack or meth. White House press secretary Jen Psaki blames, what she calls, inaccurate reporting. But, the original requests for funding proposals to get a share of the $39 million in federal money listed quote "safe smoking kits/supplies" among the items that could be purchased with taxpayer money. The grant solicitation did not specifically mention pipes although they can be part of safe smoking kits.
