DANA PERINO: Here is what Cori Bush said:
(CLIP BEGINS)
REP. CORI BUSH (D-MO): I do not want the people of St. Louis ending up on the street because of policy choices, because of failed leadership, because of passing the buck.
...
BUSH I do believe that they are working to try to see what legal roles that they can go – what legal road they can go down to be able to bring home this moratorium.
(CLIP ENDS)
PERINO: Cheryl, the bureaucracy is also making it difficult. If you are a renter who needs help, the system's hard to deal with. And if you're a landlord, and you need to pay your bills, it's also difficult to deal with.
CHERYL CASONE (FOX BUSINESS ANCHOR): And I'm also confused by her comments there because there's more than 9 million jobs out there and available right now that need to be filled according to U.S. companies.
...
CASONE: You can't tell me that all of these people – I know there is a lot of hardship out there and a lot of jobs that have been lost. But where we are today versus March of 2020 is very, very different in this country and I think this moratorium, the time is for it to end. And there is plenty of help out there if you need help. You can go to hud.gov, treasury.gov. Dana, there are plenty of places – legal aid societies, everywhere that can help renters that are struggling or landlords that are struggling. And it is both.
