REP. MIKE QUIGLEY (D-IL): In the limited time I have, Mr. McCarthy, have you read the [Mueller] report in its entirety?

ANDREW MCCARTHY (NATIONAL REVIEW): Well I should say I've read all of Volume I because I knew that we were going to be discussing it today. And I've read most of Volume II.
