DANIEL HENNINGER (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR, WSJ EDITORIAL PAGE DEPUTY EDITOR): Keeping people on unemployment longer is a disincentive to work, and I think a lot of this money is indeed going to be a disincentive to work. And there's a contradiction in there, Martha, because employers are beginning to say, in construction, are beginning to say they cannot find workers to do the jobs that are available right now.
MARTHA MACCALLUM (FOX NEWS ANCHOR): Yeah. I've heard that too.
HENNINGER: And if people are deterred from taking those jobs because of the bill that the Democrats just passed, the economy out there -- I think it's going to be a very strong year, no question about it, we're coming back from such a low level that its going to be strong. But employers are going to find trouble finding people to work and at some point, the Biden administration is going to have to deal with the contradictions inherent in this bill that they've just passed.
