From the July 15 edition of Fox News’ Outnumbered:
CHARLES GASPARINO: You know, I think there is a two-pronged, multi-progned approach here. I mean, one thing that we have to do, stuff with immigration laws, that’s clear. But I think there is a cultural issue here. We have pockets in this country like in France where people aren’t American. Multiculturalism is at the heart of a lot of this stuff and it is preventing our country from becoming whole and it’s allowing people that weren’t even born in other countries to not to assimilate, to basically to adhere to radicals from where their ancestors are from. Multiculturalism is a bad thing.
HARRIS FAULKNER (CO-HOST): I could say this about certain areas in Minneapolis too, but just because they are preserving their culture is not necessarily the issue here. What is the issue is when they find one among them they need to call 911. I mean it is really simple.
GASPARINO: They are not preserving, they are ignoring the American culture. And that’s the problem. Listen, I eat spaghetti on Sundays. I’m not for a milquetoast nation, But I'm telling you, I am an American first, my grandparents were. And that’s the problem with this country, we are teaching immigrants to be what they were back in the old country.
