Fox's Charles Payne Falsely Claims That “Higher Minimum Wages Actually Destroy Job Creation”

CHARLES PAYNE (HOST): Here's the problem with that. It's been proven that these higher minimum wages actually destroy job creation and also, the American public has spoken, and they have rejected unionization. The only place that it's still strong is within governments and I think that's the problem. 

TRISH REGAN: And they continue to reject it. I mean, you see this in so many non-union shops. They have the opportunity to unionize and you know what? Time and time again, they don't do it's because they know, Basil, they know they will make more money if they actually have a market-influenced place for their wages. They also know that they get a better shot at keeping that job if it's not unionized because it makes it so much harder for American companies to compete.
