JESSE WATTERS (HOST): How would it look if Joe Biden's attorney general indicted Donald Trump, who would be running against Joe Biden for president?
KATIE PAVLICH (GUEST): It would look really bad. It would look corrupt. I mean, the Department of Justice and the FBI have been politicized and used as a political weapon against Republicans for years on end now. It would certainly not look good to the American people. And when you look at polling for the FBI and law enforcement institutions on the federal level, the American people have some pretty big questions about the way that their power has been abused, specifically when it comes to how they've treated Donald Trump.
