Today Glenn Beck's The Blaze turned to “Zubi Diamond, author of The Wizards of Wall Street” in order to push the claim that George Soros may be “betting on U.S. financial collapse.” According to Diamond, Soros' agenda is “to destroy capitalism.”

That the Blaze would turn to Diamond to further Beck's smear campaign against Soros is telling: Diamond's self-published book is littered smears of George Soros that are rooted in anti-Semitic stereotypes, including calling Soros the “mastermind” behind of a “cabal of slithery rich” who “visited financial violence on the American people to get Barack Obama elected.”

Did someone say "puppet master?"

From a chapter in Diamond's tome titled “Cabal of Slithery Rich”:

Their dirty malicious scandalous criminal maneuvers resulted in the collapse of the economy, the lending freeze, the stock market crash, and their looting of America in excess of $11 trillion dollars in the biggest financial scam and fraud in human history; as they visited financial violence on the American people to get Barack Obama elected; And [sic] they visited financial violence on the America [sic] people to destroy capitalism, and destroy our capitalist system free market economy, and replace it with Marxist socialist system economy. They installed themselves as the powers that be, the oligarchies at the helm of what will become the shadow government within the Obama government administration. [pp. 57-58]

According to Diamond, the cabal of slithery rich includes “leading Hedge Fund managers and short sellers,” including John Paulson, Philip Falcone, and Paul Tudo Jones. But the man at the head of the cabal?

George Soros is the mastermind; the man who self proclaimed that he thrives in chaos. He wanted an economic crisis for political gain and profit. He created a crisis of confidence that would ensure his candidate, Barack Obama, was elected president of the United States. He is the money behind Barack Obama. [pp. 58-59]

From a chapter titled “The King Maker”:

George Soros chose Obama because of his far left ignorance, artless, gullible, credulity, and naivety. He chose Obama because of his far left radical ideology, and his lack of experience, and lack of knowledge of economics and financial markets. He would be easier to deal with, easier to influence or manipulate. He would be easier to deal with than a Hillary Clinton. And of course Obama had charisma.

Members of Managed Funds Association, the Hedge Funds short sellers supported and financed Barack Obama's campaign, with George Soros as King Maker in Chief.

George Soros chose Obama. He could have chosen Hillary Clinton, but he did not. He wanted somebody that hates the traditional America, and its constitutions, a left wing radical, like himself, so he chose Barack Obama. The far left grass root organizations which were being funded by George Soros also preferred a candidate Barack Obama over candidate Hillary Clinton. They trusted Obama more to champion their far left ignorance and ideology, the anti war, George Bush derangement syndrome, lets-blame-America-first-movement.

Managed Funds Association members also supported Obama. They are the King makers. They are the masters of puppets. With their grand scheme of creating an economic crisis in mind, and putting fear the hearts of the electorates, anyone they chose could have won. [pp. 87-88]
