According to The Los Angeles Times, high school math teacher Tracy Vanderhulst was arrested on Thursday, May 18, “on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old male student.” The New York Post, which host Greg Gutfeld cites as the source for his segment, refers to the alleged crime as “statutory rape.”
