GREG KELLY (HOST): She needs help, she needs help. I'm not kidding. Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States, somebody close to her has to help her. She obviously has -- I think she has a drug or alcohol problem. I think, I think. And I'm actually hearing some things. You tell me. Is this normal behavior here?

KELLY: I don't know, something's up. Remember the plane in fantasy island? There's something very strange about this person. If she is suffering from addiction, I hope, genuinely, she gets help.

Look, I'm making light of it and I'm not making light of it at the same time. If she's just being goofy, that's fine. But I think she might have a problem. Mark, what do you think?
MARK SIMONE (GUEST): I have been hearing this for months that she is at happy hour quite a bit and happy hour starts about noon. And I think -- I mean, listen, I hate to say it, but I think she has an IQ maybe 85/90 to begin with. And if you were a cop, and you saw someone talking like that, you'd make him step out of the car and blow up a balloon for you, wouldn't you?
KELLY: I mean, when you put it that way, a police officer just might have to give her a field sobriety test.
