James Murdoch was formerly the CEO of News Corp. and 21st Century Fox, parent companies of Fox News. He was also chairman of News Corp.’s British newspaper arm until he stepped down after a U.K. phone hacking scandal in 2012. He has also served as an executive in several other of his father Rupert Murdoch’s companies.
