I honestly think this day and age kids are afraid of being the school snitch, and that's got to go out of the window. We have got 14 little children who have lost their lives today, and I'm devastated. But it goes back, Jesse, we have to do a better job training. Showing a 5-minute video at the beginning of the school year to the teachers is not getting the job done.
