JESSE WATTERS (HOST): As war rages on in Ukraine, nuclear reactors are under siege, biolabs are being threatened as you heard at the top, babies being blown away and a global energy and food crisis growing worse by the day. Joe Biden has decided to send Kamala Harris to Europe. And everybody in America knows we're not sending our best. Russia knows, Europe knows.
Even Kamala Harris herself knows she's in way over her head, riddled with self-doubt. You could hear the anxiety in her voice when she was there two weeks ago. She was asked about Ukraine joining NATO, something that, as we've reported, has been driving a lot of these factors of this war. And here she is kind of feeling around in the dark for the right word.

This is an insult to send Kamala Harris to Europe at this moment in time. She's traveling to Romania and Poland, NATO allies. These countries should be insulted. I would say that's Biden's strategy but that's assuming he even has a strategy.
