LOU DOBBS (HOST): They just killed 175,000 Americans, as you alluded to. I mean, I'm talking about the fact they haven't cut their deals, they continue to disrupt the United States at every turn. This is an all-out, this is a war. This is no longer a cold war. We have been attacked by President Xi-Jinping. It's that straightforward. There's no pussy-footing around this, no sugar coating it. That's what it is. Am I wrong?
MICHAEL PILLSBURY (GUEST): No. There's no sugar-coating it. In fact, I would call it a kind of economic warfare that their economy seems to be improving much faster than ours.
