MARK LEVIN (HOST): Politico's Kyle Cheney noted the connection between Eastman and Levin in March. Among the 600 emails Eastman is arguing to shield from the January 6th Select Committee are twelve that appeared to be with Fox host Mark Levin, who he describes without naming as a dual-role attorney media figure.

I have no idea, but I will say this -- If there are twelve emails between Eastman and me, release them. Release them. I'm not objecting to it. Mister Producer, have you heard me object to it?

I'd love to know how they got them, apart from what's in them. Nobody came to me, I didn't get a subpoena. I believe Eastman was fighting their release for some reason. How did they get my emails? I have no problem with what's in them. Where did they get them from? Oh, I'll find out. Just a matter of one election, I'm going to find out.

Mark Levin's name appears on twelve emails with Eastman. Eastman's an old friend of mine. We don't always agree on things. He was on Life, Liberty, and Levin with me -- so what?
