MARK LEVIN (HOST): Senator, I don't have firsthand knowledge but there is a report out that Mister Pillow, Mike Lindell says the FBI stopped him at a Hardee's in Minnesota today and seized his phone.
Are you concerned about the extent to which Merrick Garland -- and he hasn't recused himself, and the FBI are going after citizens of this country -- including Donald Trump -- and the way they're doing it, with a massive number of subpoena and so forth.
They keep talking about election interference, and, I mean, I don't know the line between election interference and the Constitution here, and neither do they, but I've never seen anything like this. I've never heard of anything like this, just grabbing everyone and anything they possibly can and they're grabbing all their iPhones. I mean, do you think -- are you concerned about the weaponizing of law enforcement with less than sixty days to go before the midterm elections?
