MARK LEVIN (HOST): The governor of California, the attorney general of California, the mayor of Los Angeles, they need to stop ordering their police to harass innocent Americans who want to open their businesses, who want to get a haircut, who want to get their nails done, who want to go to the beach, and refocus.
Take your cities back. Nobody gets to burn down cities. Nobody gets to endanger populations. Period. And notice how silent the media are. And notice how silent these left-wing politicians are.
Very aggressive in attacking people who want to open their salons or their gyms, or pastors who want to open their churches. Very aggressive in attacking them, all over the media, all these politicians.
But they either ignore or worse the violence of looters and rioters who are not interested in justice, when in fact justice is being pursued as aggressively as I've ever seen -- by all levels of government. All levels of government. They are taking this extremely seriously, as they must.
But that does not give a free pass for people to become hoodlums and arsonists and destroy communities and steal stuff. That's unacceptable.
Black Lives Matter in LA, other organizations -- very destructive.
When you have LeBron James, who knows nothing about anything related to this. But he's enormously popular in the culture. He's followed by a lot of people. When he puts out there a tweet which shows the cop with his knee on the back of Mr. Floyd's neck and then shows [Colin] Kaepernick taking a knee at the beginning of a football game during the national anthem.
How dare he do that.
How dare LeBron James do such a thing.
And there are others. And there are others.
So we'll see how this goes over time. There's not a lot more I can say about it. Not a lot more I know about it.
