MARK LEVIN (HOST): And then they say it's not ubiquitous enough when, in fact, there have been far more abortions since the Dobbs decision than before. So, what's the issue here, effectively? There are no issues in the sense that people who wanna get an abortion can get it, can get it paid for by organizations that receive federal funds and others. If their state bans a particular type or timing of an abortion, they can travel to another state as people do for all medical procedures, by the way, so I don't know why this one's treated differently. People have cancer, they travel out of state. People have heart disease, sometimes they travel out of state. They're looking for specialists. They're looking for help. There's no massive burden as a result of that, none. So Biden had to look far and wide to find somebody who went into the gallery, wasn't a poor person, wasn't a minority person, was a woman who wanted an abortion for, I think, health or medical reasons. She had to travel to another state, and that was the big issue.
So, she did travel to another state. She got the abortion, and I'm sitting here wondering, OK, that doesn't meet the propaganda that you're spewing. Somebody got an abortion in another state, that's the whole point about federalism. We have a death penalty in some states and not in other states. We have an income tax in most states, but not other states. We have prosecutors who prosecute in some cities and states, and we have prosecutors who coddle and don't prosecute in some cities and states.
