ALISYN CAMEROTA (ANCHOR): So, do you think that it is fair that Republicans will have to bounce whichever witnesses they want to hear off of Chairman Adam Schiff, given this is such a partisan moment?
REP. JOAQUIN CASTRO (D-TX): Yeah, I mean, that standard procedure in any committee. That's the case for any committee process, whether it's Intelligence, or Judiciary, or any other committee in the Congress. And it was the case when Democrats were in the minority. And as somebody that spent 16 years in the minority party in the Texas legislation and the U.S. Congress, I can tell you that that's standard practice.
