KATIE PAVLICH (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): You had Adam Schiff there, making his argument about witnesses as well. As the counsel for the White House stated, he is lecturing the Senate about what their job is when it comes to gathering witnesses and subpoenaing them, and bringing them to testify in the Senate trial. But the reality is is that Adam Schiff is not simply just a member of the Intelligence Committee, he is the chairman, and he had the ability to call all these witnesses he claims are very important during his time in the House inquiry process. And he accused the Senate of wanting -- and Mitch McConnell -- of trying to kick the can down the road, he says, when it comes to witnesses because of the way the structure of the trial is set up, when Adam Schiff is the one who kicked it to the Senate in the first place.
