GREG KELLY (HOST): Like millions of people I didn't know anything about Joe Biden's stutter. I never heard that. Quite frankly, I think it's a phony little campaign gambit for sympathy. Joe Biden doesn't have a stutter. He's remarkably inarticulate, yes, and he's losing his marbles. But I never heard about this stutter until the campaign and the little boy and they tried to create a warm moment.
