BEN SHAPIRO (HOST): The big problem for Joe Biden is that he is falling apart. He's just falling apart. It's perfectly obvious to anyone, any sentient human being, functioning set of eyes and a prefrontal cortex, that Joe Bide is not even what he used to be. And let's face it, Joe Biden used to be not that great. So he's even less great now. Joe Biden is just mentally inept. He can't string sentences together anymore. He sounds like a normal person after they've had a bunch of Ambien. I mean, that is what Joe Biden sounds like. And this is not due to the fact that he had a stutter when he was younger, he overcame that. What we are seeing now is simply age manifest. It doesn't mean that he is completely senile. It does mean that his faculties have begun to degrade. You can see it in real time and he says weird thing after weird thing.
