MARK LEVIN (HOST): If they spent as much time, as much money, and used as many committees trying to determine what happened in this past election, they wouldn't like the result. Now, I'm not one of these that chase down every fraudulent ballot. I'm one of these that talks about the Constitution. And more and more of my argument you hear being made by serious people on television, serious politicians, which is the rules were changed in some of these states. The rules were changed in some of these states. Whether there was a fraudulent ballot or not, let's put that aside. The rules were changed in some of these states in violation of the federal Constitution. You just can't do that.
