That is important. The vaccine if you're an adult who has not had COVID will reduce the likelihood of hospitalization and death and it's worth repeating.

But, if you can't get the vaccine for health reasons, or maybe you don't even want to, there is promising therapeutics out there like hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, Regeneron that studies suggest, drastically reduced the severity of COVID, reduce hospitalization by as much as 85 percent. But those studies as well, those have been disappeared from the internet hard to find.
