Epps informed us that he is not employed by, working with, or acting at the direction of any law enforcement agency on January 5 or 6 or at any other time, and that he has never been an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency.

If that's true and I'm a doubter, why is he not under arrest? Why is he not down in the D.C. jail? Why is he not in solitary confinement? Look at the footage. That's a lie. Tell me, then, why Ray Epps is not rolled up if that's the case. You got some of these other guys just wandering around. Why, then, is Ray Epps not in custody? Answer the question. Why is Ray Epps not in custody? You guys are liars. You've got a domestic terrorism unit going after moms and dads in this country. You're liars, and we're going to get to the bottom of all of it, and you're not going to be able to hide. Save your receipts, preserve your documents. You're coming after the American people, working men and women, they're trying to raise families. We're not going to let it happen. Why is Epps not in jail? Why are these other people in jail? And Ray Epps does not? Show me – match up any footage of any of these other guys and how does it match up to Ray Epps. You're liars.
