BEN SHAPIRO (HOST): Joe Biden's happy talk is meaningless here. To the people of Ukraine, I don't know what that means. Measures mean something, military material means something, the economic sanctions mean something. But these sorts of phrases, these sorts of high flown phrases, they mean absolutely nothing when they are not backed by anything meaningful. So when Joe Biden is leaving open the door to importing hundreds of thousands of barrels of Russian oil every single day, when he's doing that and at the same time that he is doing that, he's saying liberty won't be extinguished in your heart, the people of Ukraine must be like what the hell -- there's this meme online of a drowning person and then a hand coming out to reach out to the hand of the drowning person, gives him the high five, and then the person drowns. That's what it feels like from Joe Biden right there.
