TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): So it seems like shootings like this are more common — they’re certainly more common than they were 30 years ago. On Sunday a man called Andrew Abdullah allegedly shot and killed a man on the subway in New York City. Police say the attack was random; the victim was just heading to brunch and was killed. Abdullah surrendered to police just hours ago. So, on some level, what we can say for certain is that there are a lot of crazy people hurting others. There is what is called a mental health crisis in progress. What’s causing it and what can we do?

CARLSON: So for some reason, I mean, The New York Times just ran a piece the other day saying that hallucinations from schizophrenia are actually cool and you shouldn’t worry about them. There is this kind of weird unwillingness to face what’s clearly a mental health crisis in the face, and I'm not sure why.
