From the August 9, 2023 edition of America's Newsroom on the Fox News Channel

DANA PERINO (HOST): A crucial vote is taking place today. In Ohio, they are going to decide how the constitution is going to be embedded, keeping at the same as has been over a century, a change it to a 60% majority, and that is about art that has serious implication of most things but mostly they're looking at abortion issues today, leading to dark mining groups and outside interests getting involved on both sides, joining us now is protect women Ohio spokesperson Amy, help us I said that correctly, but it's great to talk to you, your group is called protect women, where you all represent anybody want to have happen here?

AMY NOTOCE (PROTECT WOMEN OHIO): Thank you so much for having me, so we are pro-life prepared organization that has been advocating for the passage of issue one today, which like each several raised the threshold for passing constitutional amendments in Ohio to better protect their constitutions. We are worried about outside groups that come into often and spend millions to buy constitutional amendments, and that is exactly what the aclu would try to do in Ohio later this year, they are trying to buy an extreme anti-parent abortion and then the devil cup. Set or the kids' lives, and allow for abortion on demand for all nine-month so today's election is critical for protecting our constitution from that.

PERINO: What will be on next November's ballot? What will that entail?

NOTOCE: Next November's amendment was written by the ACLU and we know it's been bankrolled by the aclu, and for-profit abortion giants like planned parenthood and allowing minors to get abortions and sex change procedures without parental notification or consent. So we are talking about completely wiping parents apart out of the conversation. It also allows for painful abortion for all nine months, and also puts women on the chopping block. We have things in Ohio like abortion clinics need to have hospital admitting privileges to protect women's health and safety in those types of common sense protection could be eliminated under the ACLU's amendment.
