DAVID MARC FISHMAN (HOST): Let me ask you. Do you think Biden is gonna make it to the 2024 election?

ALINA HABBA (TRUMP LAWYER): You know, I don’t know. I don't think he has the capacity mentally at this moment to make it now. I don’t think he should be in office now, to be honest. But do I think as an American? I don’t know. I don't put anything past the left. I think that they’re very sneaky. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn't slip someone else in there last minute. At this moment, it looks like he’s their guy, which is — speaks volumes, but, you know, to me, he’s a puppet. He’s not the real guy running the show. I mean, I believe that there are, you know, prior administrations helping assist the current president in doing what he’s doing.

FISHMAN: And who do you think that is?

HABBA: I mean, your guess is as good as mine can be. You know? There are certain presidents that haven’t left Washington, which is very strange to me, and are still have their guys in there. You know? I mean, you could do your research. I’m sure you already know the answer to that, but — 

FISHMAN: Are you talking about Obama?

HABBA: I’m just an American. I’m just an American looking at facts, right? And to me, I don’t think there’s any question. You see Obama on the plane with Biden. You see, them — you know? It’s just, it’s very strange. It’s very strange.
