Even if 7 years later an illegal (now with multiple “birthright citizenship” children) voluntarily shows to every single court hearing (having also self-reported to the government every change in address), loses every motion and continuance, keeps appearing in court through rejection, appeals and loses the decision in writing, etc., because that alien is on their own recognizance, and is not detained in any custodial setting, compliance is entirely on the *honor system*. Hence, they aren’t going anywhere.
